General Conditions of Sale and Use (CGVU)

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "GTCU") govern the use of the website and the services offered by Lookeos (hereinafter "the Seller"). By using our website and placing an order, you fully and unreservedly accept these GTCU.

2. Products

The Seller offers for sale products as described on the website. The photographs of the products are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller and are confirmed by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of a supply problem or suspicion of fraud.

4. Price and Payment

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Payment is made online at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products at his own expense, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

7. Guarantees

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the lookeos.com website, whether visual or audio, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the prior authorization of the Seller.

9. Personal Data

The Seller collects and processes customers' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be exclusively those of the location of the Seller's registered office.

11. Modification of the T&Cs

The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time the order is placed.
